Allied Health Assistants
Our allied health assistants provide support to the clinicians and their clients across multiple areas.
Intakes (initial appointments) are conducted by our allied health assistants who use this time to gather important information about the client and their goals. They then use this information to recommend the most suitable therapeutic pathway for the client.
Our allied health assistants are also available for NDIS information sessions and guidance. They can help clients not only understand the NDIS process but also maximise the use of their NDIS funding. NDIS client budgets are monitored by the allied health assistants to ensure that no client exceeds their funding or misses out on something important to their goals.
Some of our allied health assistants also act as support workers to our clients. We can assist clients with accessing the community, starting hobbies and socialising/interacting with others.
